1, Source: Only select food grade raw materials that can be traced and verified
The first step in making safe food packaging is to control the raw materials from the root.
Many people are unaware that there is a strict "identity threshold" for the raw materials of food plastic packaging: not all plastics can come into contact with food, and must be raw materials that meet the national "National Food Safety Standard for Plastic Materials and Products in Contact with Food" standards. We insist on not storing raw materials that do not meet the standards.
In our own source factory, every batch of raw materials must undergo a "triple audit" before being stored:
First is the qualification review. Suppliers must provide complete food grade certification documents, from production licenses to factory inspection reports for each batch of raw materials, all of which are indispensable;
Another step is category verification. We only use matching raw materials for different food needs, such as self standing bags for sauce and high-pressure nylon materials with strong oil resistance. Each raw material can correspond to a specific inspection report, which can be checked at any time;
Finally, there is sampling testing. There is a dedicated testing room next to the raw material warehouse, and samples are taken from each batch of raw materials for basic testing, such as odor and precipitate screening, to ensure that the raw materials themselves have no safety hazards.

2, Production: Automated equipment+strict quality control
If raw materials are the foundation of safety, then the production process is the key line of defense for safety.
Customers who have visited the North India factory in Kazan often say, "Your workshop is really clean and your equipment is advanced enough." In fact, this "advanced" is essentially to reduce human error and make safety more controllable.
In our workshop, 7 fully automated production lines are controlled by computer programs throughout the entire process, from raw material melting and film blowing to printing and bag making.
In the blown film process, the temperature and speed parameters are accurate to ± 1 ℃ to avoid the production of harmful substances due to improper temperature;
In the printing process, food grade environmentally friendly ink is used, and the printing position is strictly avoided from the food contact surface. At the same time, the ink adhesion is checked by sampling every hour to prevent ink from falling off;
In the bag making process, the fully automatic edge banding machine will automatically detect whether there are any leakage points in the sealing. Once any non-conforming products are found, they will be immediately removed and will not flow into the next process.
3, Management: 27 years of unchanged security guidelines

Our factory has a Safety Management Manual, which has been updated 12 times since its first printing in 1997, but the core content has not changed:
For example, workshop employees must wear sterile work clothes, gloves, and masks, and undergo air disinfection before entering the workshop to avoid personnel contamination; For example, the raw material warehouse and the finished product warehouse are strictly separated and both have been treated with moisture-proof and insect proof measures to prevent the raw materials or finished products from getting damp and deteriorating.
More importantly, 'safety awareness' has long been integrated into the daily lives of every North Indian. Mr. Li, who is responsible for raw material testing and has been working in the factory for 20 years, always leaves an extra sample for each test.
