First, we use gravure printing, for custom printed bags, we need to confirm designs and make cylinders at the begining. Our sales and technicians will confirm designs and colors with you, then we make cylinders according to your designs. Cylinder cost is just a one time cost, once made, next time when you reorder, no more cylinder cost, and we will keep your cylinders very well and in order in our warehouse.

Second, after designs and cylinders are confirmed, we will do printing. There are 5 high speed 9-color printing machine, and we have 5 skilled technicians to adjust the right colors and effects based on Pantone Color Card, your requirements and their experience. We promise you the most beautiful effects. For printing, you design, we print.

Third, after printing, we will do lamination. We have 5 high speed lamination machine, fastest speed can be 400 meters per minut.

Forth, Actully after lamination, we need to solidify the films first, to make the film firmer. After that, we come to the last step, cutting them into separate bags. We own 18 lines for cutting, we can do flat bags, stand up bags, gusset bags, shaped bags, zipper bags, spout bags, etc.
