Care & Handling
Before Use:
The weed packaging should be stored in a dark, dry, well-ventilated warehouse. Make sure not to place them in direct sun or rain.
It is strongly advised to keep Weed Packaging in a place that is not exposed to extreme cold or heat, 41°F-95°F (5°C-35°C). At the most, the air humidity in the warehouse shouldn't be higher than 60%.
Store this item at a safe distance from the objects which can easily ignite, such as organic solvents, acids, alkalis, and knives or other sharp objects.
During Use:
If you want to avoid weakening the heat-seal layer, keep filling temperatures at about or below 140°F (60°C).
Before sealing, check that the interior of the top flaps of the bag is clean, without dust, oil, or moisture.
Choose the right sealing method. Usually, heat seal temperatures vary between 284°F and 356°F (140°C and 180°C), depending on the packaging material and packaging thickness.
After Use:
Press out excess air and reseal the closure after opening. Store in a cool, dry place.
Do not put pouches in hot and humid areas or under direct sunlight for a long time.
Avoid microwaving or exposing to any fire.

UV Printing Equipment
The machine is capable of printing with the resolution at about +0.10 mm. This precision allows the machine to accurately print fine text, complex security patterns and gradients.
With this, it's possible to achieve the standard Pantones color with the minimum error of AE <1.5 when color is checked from run to run.
With the ability to have UV curing instantly, there is a possibility of high-speed, smudge-free printing using heavy ink coverage, which is great.
One-pass color count from 6 to 9+ is supported and multi-run registration errors are eliminated.
Near-zero VOC emissions and it meets the environmental standards.
Lamination Equipment
High-speed dry lamination with uniform adhesive bonding for PET/VMPET/PE and other films.
Solvent-free option with zero residue, suitable for food-grade applications.
Automatic tension control prevents wrinkles and bubbles for consistent lamination quality.
It carries out in-line inspection detecting bubble, contaminants, and delamination; it also auto-rejects defects.
Pouch-Making Equipment
Machines with high-speed capabilities are able to create stand-up pouches, zipper pouches, spout pouches, three-side sealed pouches, center sealed pouches, and custom-designed pouches.
Pouch dimensions made on servo-driven systems can be maintained within ±1 mm tolerance.
Operation in a single pass: gusset forming, zipper spot welding, tear notching, hole punching, sealing, and cutting.
Controlling temperature, pressure and dwell time digitally is done to keep the seal strength of each pouch consistent.
CCD vision inspection detects seal, dimension, and print defects with automatic rejection.
