THC Gummy Packaging is a sturdy stand-up pouch that provides maximum barrier protection for gummy edibles and functional gel products. It has been manufactured by using the three-layer PET/Foil-PET/PE materials. With the middle layer being Foil-PET, the entire pouch works excellent in terms of light blocking, gas barrier, and moisture resistance to prevent moisture, oxygen, and outer odors from penetrating inside and thus keep the contents fresh and stable throughout the shelf life.
Style: A stand-up pouch with a center gusset for an upright display
Thickness: 240 micron total, with two sides of pouch at 120 micron each. This provides heft to the pouch.
Printing: UV printing shows off vibrant colors, results in strong adhesion and high resistant to scratches.

Production Process

PET film, foil, PE film, inks, and adhesives are checked before use.

UV inks are printed on the outer PET layer and cured instantly with UV light.

Lamination:
The printed PET, foil layer, and inner PE layer are bonded using dry lamination or solvent-free lamination.

Curing:
The laminated film is kept in a temperature- and humidity-controlled room for 48–72 hours to allow full adhesive curing.

Slitting:
The wide laminated roll is slit to the required width for bag making.

Bag making:
Folding, heat sealing, and cutting are completed on automatic bag-making machines.

Inspection:
Appearance, dimensions, seal strength, airtightness, and barrier properties are checked.
