Moringa Tea Bags need strong protection. Moringa tea has vitamins and plant nutrients, and light, oxygen, and moisture can make it oxidize and go bad fast.
The three layers split the work. BOPP on the outside gives the bag strength, water resistance, stiffness, and good print quality. VMPET in the middle holds in aroma and blocks light. Its aluminum coating also keeps out UV rays and moisture, which helps stop oxidation. PE on the inside is flexible and heat-seals tightly, so the bag stays sealed.
Want even better light blocking? Add an aluminum foil liner for a stronger barrier. Metallized film is flexible like plastic but blocks light like metal, so it helps your product last longer.

Printing
Rotogravure is our main method. It gives the best print quality: thick ink, bright saturated colors, and smooth gradients and solid areas. It's perfect for showing Moringa tea's natural, healthy, premium feel. It's best for large orders and gives you consistent color and stability.
UV printing is better for smaller runs and faster turnaround. UV ink printing is efficient, less picky about film surface tension, and flexible for different custom jobs.
