Materials Available: PET/AL/PA/PE (high barrier), PET/VMPET/PE (metallized barrier), PET/PE (transparent moisturizing barrier) and other compositestructures.
Thickness:
Single layer thickness can be tailored to individual requirements. Film thickness from 80um to 150um total can be made to suit the weight of your product and its required shelf life.
Available Sizes:
Standard dimensions for 100g, 250g, 500g, 1kg and 2kg. Custom shaped pouches are available upon request.
Pouch Styles:
Gusseted stand-up pouches, zipper stand-up pouches, windowed stand-up pouches, hang-hole stand-up pouches, plus custom contoured stand-up formats.
Printing:
Eco-friendly reverse gravure printing supporting up to 10 colors. Partial hot stamping with anodized aluminum foil offered in gold, silver and holographic gold finishes.
Optional Features:
Resealable zippers, tear notches, child-resistant zippers, one-way degassing valves and many others.
Certifications:
Meet requirements of Chinese standard food-contact material, fully eligible to manufacture food-grade plastic packaging.

The reinforced wide bottom gusset enables filled pouches to stand independently on shelves and countertops. The large flat front surface provides ample branding space for tidy, professional product presentation.

Usage Instructions
Opening: Tear along the pre-made top tear notch to expose the zipper strip.
Dispensing: Separate the zipper, remove your desired quantity of contents.
Resealing: Squeeze excess air out of the pouch, then press the zipper firmly from end to end to fully seal before storage.
