Truly Preservative‑Free
Neither the film materials nor the production process involve any chemical preservatives. The inner layer is food‑grade LLDPE with no additives like preservatives or anti‑blocking agents that could migrate. The pouch passes overall migration and specific migration tests, so it will never contaminate your freshly made, preservative‑free baby food.
Note: Because homemade baby food typically contains no preservatives, it has a short shelf life and requires careful storage.
Side‑Mounted Double‑Zipper & Reusable Design
The pouch unzips from its side with a double-zipper that leaves no room for dead corners. You fill, clean, and air-dry it easily, and then it keeps being used repeatedly. Not to forget, you significantly curb your packaging waste and still stay a step ahead by being economical and environmentally friendly.
The zipper that has got a special function here, sealing the pouch through pressing, is very reliable and does not allow any leaks even on inversion or squeezing, whereas it allows smooth opening and closing for countless uses.
Opened fully, the mouth is over 70% of the bag width, so spooning or funneling in purées is effortless.
Anti‑Choke Spout
The spout integrates a slow‑flow cross valve or silicone flow‑control insert molded in one piece. At rest the valve stays shut; when your baby sucks, it opens gently and delivers a steady, even flow within a safe swallowing rate. This helps prevent choking - even if your little one drinks while lying down.
High-Barrier Freshness
A multi-layered structure with aluminum foil or EVOH barrier that prevents the penetration of oxygen, moisture and light into the package, locking the natural taste and nutrients of the baby food.
Child-Safe, Vibrant Printing
Our print processes do not involve benzene or ketones they are only using rotogravure inks. In this way the prints keep their original vivid colors without being wiped off at the slightest occasion. This printing process is not only aesthetically pleasing but also completely child-safe to be used for infant and toddler products.
Stand‑Up Bottom & Ergonomic Shape
A gusseted bottom lets the pouch stand securely. The curved side seals fit naturally in small hands, encouraging your baby to hold and self‑feed while developing grip and sucking skills.

Before filling: Open the side double‑zipper completely. Wash the interior with mild detergent, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and air‑dry.
Filling: Cool freshly prepared food to below 40 °C (104 °F). Use a spoon or funnel to fill through the side opening, keeping the contents to no more than two‑thirds of the pouch capacity.
Sealing: Press along the full length of the double zipper back and forth 2‑3 times to ensure a tight, gap‑free closure.
Feeding: Twist off the spout cap, place the spout in your baby's mouth, and gently squeeze the pouch. When your baby stops sucking, the anti‑choke valve closes automatically - no backflow, no leaks.
Cleaning for reuse: Right after use, open the zipper, turn the pouch inside out, wash, and place on a drying rack until completely dry.
Storage: If refrigerating, store the filled Baby Food Package upright and avoid pressing on the spout.

Pulsed Heat‑Seal Control:
Independent multi‑point temperature control during spout‑to‑pouch welding prevents PP over‑melting, eliminating off‑odors and weak bonds.
Precision Anti‑Choke Valve Molding:
The liquid silicone cross valve is injection‑molded in one shot to a thickness of 0.25 mm ± 0.02 mm; the cracking force is strictly set within the suction range of an infant's mouth.
Dual‑Zipper Alignment:
Both zipper strips are fed synchronously via photoelectric positioning; engagement depth is laser‑inspected throughout the run to eliminate misalignment or open gaps.
Preservative‑Free Execution:
No slip agents, anti‑tack powders, or release agents are used on the production line. Instead, plasma treatment and a cleanroom environment keep the inner surface pure.
