This is the key to superior freshness preservation! Made with high-purity aluminum foil, it cuts oxygen permeability from 43.37 cm³/m²·24h (regular PE bags) down to 0.5 cm³/m²·24h. It fully blocks light, oxygen and moisture to prevent snack oxidation, dampness and discoloration-ideal for chocolate, nuts and similar premium snacks.
Inner Layer: Food-Grade PE Film
These soft, non-irritating, odorless plastics do not contain harmful residues and can endure extreme temperature ranges (-40°C – 121°C). They can be used for frozen snacks as well as for ready-to-eat foods requiring a high level of temperature sterilisation. Furthermore, they provide superior heat sealing performance (≥35N/15mm sealing strength) and comply with the GB/T 41168-2021 standards/polices for safety.
