Food Safety: Every item is certified by SGS as meeting EU and FDA standards. All products were tested for chemical substances such as Bisphenol A (BPA), and were tested in many different environments including difficult testing environments. All items meet applicable regulatory standards in a number of countries/regions (e.g., Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia), making them eligible to be shipped around the world.

Plastic bags used for packaging are made from a composite of multiple layers of materials (PE/PET/AL) that are food safe; non-toxic and odour-free; and present zero risk of heavy metals migrating into the product packaged in them. In addition to providing high-quality materials, we also provide specialized labelling options to fit certain regions. We offer a service to customise print content according to local regulatory requirements, thus helping you to avoid costly delays at customs or the risk of having your product returned due to non-compliant labelling.

Our service is available in bags that have a multi-layer composite design that prevents moisture and oxygen from entering the bag for dry foods (nuts, roasted beans and dried fruit). Therefore, the item you placed into the bag will remain crisp, tasty and nutritious at room temperature for 3 to 6 months from the time it was packed.

For light-sensitive products (examples include tea and/or chocolate), we have an optional aluminum foil inner lining to block 99% of UV rays, which helps to prevent oxidation and spoilage of your food products. In addition, we also have customized windows that allow customers to see what is in their products, thus providing both total protection from spoiling as well as developing trust in your brand.

Easy-Tear Notch Design: Our thoughtful "easy-tear" notch design is user-friendly for everyone-making the bags effortless to open, even for the elderly and children.

Kazuo Beyin Paper and Plastic Packing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998 and focuses only on designing, developing and manufacturing custom packaging solutions (including high temperature sterilization pouches). The factory has a total area of 1.5 million CF and consists of 7 standardized manufacturing buildings as well as a modern office.

The facility houses 70 production lines with a daily output reaching 10,000 tons. Equipped with advanced and comprehensive machinery-including 10-color printing presses, high-speed laminators, curing machines, and various bag-making machines-we are capable of producing a wide range of plastic and paper-plastic composite packaging featuring full-color printing.
