Vitamins, color, and natural flavor in dried fruits are easily oxidized by oxygen, leading to nutrient loss, darkening of color, and deterioration of flavor. When exposed to moisture, dried fruits can soften and become moldy.

This dry fruit packing bag utilizes a multilayer composite film arrangement of PET/VMPET/PE that provides fantastic high-barrier properties that provide good oxygen, water vapour, light and odor barrier performance.

Even though the pouch is transparent it can have excellent light protection using an aluminum foil layer that prevents UV rays from promoting rancidity and degrading pigments.

Sealing
Poor sealing will cause all of the above barrier properties to fail. The zipper design allows for multiple uses by consumers and can be resealed repeatedly to maintain product freshness.

The packaging features double or triple heat-sealed edges and is equipped with high-precision, high-performance zipper sealing strips to ensure an absolute seal.

Stability
Our packaging features a self-standing design, ensuring stability whether empty or full.

It provides a larger display area, requires no external support, and remains stable even after opening, preventing it from tipping over.

All packaging materials are compliant with the appropriate government regulations for food contact material, such as FDA and EU standards. All packaging is also free of heavy metals and residual solvents for safe and reliable protection of your products.
