1. Outer Layer: PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate)

2. Middle Layer: VMPET (Aluminized Polyester Film)

Outstanding Barrier Properties: This is the essential functional layer of all packages.
Oxygen Barrier: Limits the passage of oxygen, which would oxidize the fat in chips, leading to rancidity, while retaining the crispness and flavor of the product.
Moisture Barrier: Limits water vapor that could introduce moisture and restraint chips.
Light Protection: The aluminum layer reflects most of the light (and UV) which creates oxidation to the fat, as well as losing color, hence the importance of providing light protection.
Metal luster: Provides a bright metallic finish to packaging that expresses that the product is premium quality.

3. Inner Layer: CPP (Cast Polypropylene)

Excellent Heat Sealability: Due to its low melting point and wide heat sealing range, CPP can form a hermetic seal in high-speed automatic filling machines to prevent air from seeping into the packages.This is one of the top priorities for the inner layer of the bag.
