Coffee Bags with Valve are designed to preserve the aroma of your freshly ground coffee and tisanes. This allows for the release of residual air and gas within the bag while preventing external air from entering the bag. Whether your roasted coffee is smooth and balanced or rich, bold and full-bodied, these bags will keep your brews fresh and tasty for longer.
The thickness of these bags is 5.2 mil. They have side gussets that allow them to be able to stand up on the shelf. An internal aluminum foil barrier layer prevents oxygen and moisture from getting into the bag, extending the shelf life of the products inside the bag. You can seal these bags with a regular heat sealer or with a resealable zipper strip, or with a double-wire adhesive tin tie.

Secure Heat-Sealed Bond:
High-temperature heat-pressing technology is used to make a strong bond between the degassing valve and bag body through welding. This strong connection can hold up to about 200°C preventing the valve from loosening or leaking during shipping.
Extremely Simple Operation:
These bags come with an easy-to-use resealable zip closure at the top and a quick access tear notch at the top. Roasters are able to fill these bags with coffee beans without having to use a large heat sealing machine anymore. The process is simplified to three steps and greatly improves packaging and order fulfillment efficiency.
Multi-Layer Composite Structure:
In addition to providing a protective layer around the product, these coffee bags with valve also provide superior protection against oxidation. Quality coffee bags are not made using only one layer of plastic; they are instead created using multiple layers of high barrier materials that have been combined to form a composite structure. We use a variety of different materials (such as MOPP, aluminum foil and PE) that have been laminated in order to create a strong barrier to the outside environment.
Durable and Drop-Resistant:
Outer shell of the coffee bags with valve is made from high-strength material and provides outstanding resistance to tearing and puncturing. When a fully loaded bag gets dropped during the process of handling, there will still be residual air that can be released smoothly through the degassing valve which reduces the likelihood of a rupture occurring from a sudden impact.
Effective Light and Moisture Protection:
The central layer, composed of high-density aluminum foil, blocks nearly 100% of incoming light and moisture. This prevents the natural oils in the coffee beans from oxidizing and becoming rancid due to light exposure. The inner layer features food-grade PE film-safe, non-toxic, and odorless-effectively locking in the coffee's natural oils and aromatic compounds.
