- Product Introduction
The Food Grade Spout Baby Food Bag is made using a multi-layer composite process of food-grade Nylon (NY) and Polyethylene (PE). It strictly complies with the national standard GB/T 10004-202× and the compliance requirements for cross-border export food packaging. Free of odors and harmful substances, it can directly come into contact with all types of baby food, such as baby food puree and fruit puree. The Nylon layer enhances the bag's impact resistance and barrier performance, effectively preventing damage from external extrusion. The inner PE layer is a food-grade heat-sealable layer-safe, non-toxic, and highly airtight-eliminating the risk of leakage. It also works with 121℃ high-temperature sterilization and -40℃ low-temperature freezing, meeting the diverse storage needs of baby food.

- 1. Offset Spout Design
An offset feeding spout is positioned correctly for your baby's feeding position to avoid leaking and getting your baby's clothes dirty, while the spout's diameter can be adjusted (3mm-10mm) allowing for different types of puree food consistency, and giving you accurate portion sizing of approximately 5mL/feeding, which helps with waste and contamination.

The food-safe soft silicone spout is soft on the mouth of infants, incorporates an anti-choke, flow-limiting device and allows for non-choking, smooth sucking. The large diameter cap allows for no accidental swallows and provides a good seal. The cap also remains on the container without fail after repeated opening and closing.

A high-quality food-grade zipper is built into the side, opening and closing smoothly without jamming. It creates an airtight seal, keeping air, moisture, and bacteria out to prevent food puree from oxidizing and spoiling after opening. The zipper and bag body are welded using a special-shaped heat-sealing mold for molecular-level integration. Tested with a 2-meter drop, the bag deforms but does not leak or burst, making it ideal for the bumps of cross-border shipping.
- 4. Stable Stand-Up Design + Round Edge Anti-Scratch
The bag at the bottom adopts a W-fold heat-sealing method that creates a strong, stand-up base and as a result, the bag can stand on its own without any external support, ideal for use in one's fridge, on a baby food table, or in a backpack, which is a real saving of storage and display space. Due the even thickness of this bag, it does not deform easily and when put one upon the other, the impact of the two bags is minimal. It is the perfect combination of shelf appeal and shipping convenience. Also, the edges have all been rounded and smoothed, so that the baby's little hands will not be accidentally scratched by sharp corners, plus the touch is soft and safe.
